Sticking to a timeline will make the process smoother and ensure you don't forget any details! It will also give guests enough time to add your important dates to their calendars.

Here is a schedule you'll want to work around for your invitations:

(P.S. If you're including a link to your wedding website make sure you've secured the link)

Reserve a calligrapher

4 months out

Drop off envelopes/ invitations with a calligrapher

6-8 weeks out

Send invitations

Order table numbers, place cards, escort cards, and menus

Finalize and order ceremony programs

1 month out
