Hello! I'm Paige, a calligrapher based out of Long Island, New York and in business for over 6 years.

My studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Tyler School of Art at Temple University have given me a well rounded view of textiles, fashion, and graphic design. 

 

Having always loved color and pattern in particular, I began creating surface pattern design collections and worked as a fabric library archivist for fashion companies in New York City's Garment District. My mother, an abstract oil painter, helped me to understand what goes into running a creative business as I took part in running the website and bookkeeping.

After taking a class with a very skilled and encouraging teacher, I found that calligraphy was a perfect fit for my skills and thus P.S. Calligraphy was started, the name coming from my initials and that little "post script" at the end of a letter.
